Location: Situated immediately adjacent to the racecourse and an 18-hole golf course, approximately 300 yards (275m) from the seafront.
Description: A large Caravan and Motorhome Club site offering a superb location that balances proximity to the lively Great Yarmouth resort with a relaxed base. Guests can walk to the beach, enjoy discounted race tickets on certain days, and explore the nearby Norfolk Broads.
Facilities:

• Pitches: 108 grass pitches, all with 16 amp electric hook-up. A late arrivals area with hook-up is available.
• Sanitary: A single toilet and shower block which is kept spotlessly clean, including disabled facilities, family washrooms, and baby changing areas. Toilets are accessed via a key for security during race days.
• Utilities: Dishwashing area, laundry room, chemical toilet disposal points, and three motorhome service points. Gas sales are available on-site.
• Leisure: A children's play area, and a dog walk adjacent to the site.
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available, with premium options offering higher speeds (charges apply).
• Note: No arrivals are accepted on race days.
